Marketing Manager – Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. We are an international, reputed music center located in Dubai, UAE. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our western music and dance programs, increase brand awareness, and drive student enrollment.
Job Responsibilities
- Social Media Account Management & Meta Ads Management which includes, identifying goals, target audience, campaign set up, optimization, content scheduling, copywriting (English & Arabic).
- Create engaging content such as videos, graphics, manage and track marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, print, and digital advertising, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Updating of company marketing materials, both in content and design.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, community organizations, and influencers to build brand awareness.
- Engage with third party venues to promote brand visibility and reach.
- Work with the Operations Manager to obtain details of performances and events in the centers to produce relevant content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the arts or education sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for music and a genuine interest in promoting the art.
Must have Residence Visa.
Must have a valid UAE Driver’s License.
